Building

For optimizing costs, focus on multitier designs, incremental build strategy, and immediate requirements rather than long term growth, legacy hardware integration, innovations, etc.

Operating and evolving

Put the plans into action; continue monitoring your operational efficiency and ROIs. Keep pace with industry requirements and technological advancements. Implement server consolidation processes and virtual servers for preventing virtual server sprawl.
