401-Public Safety, LLC and City Landlord Reach Agreement on Regional Operations Center

Public Safety Officials Expected to Return to ROC in Next 60 Days

INDIANAPOLIS – 401-Public Safety, LLC, Live Wire Technologies, LLC, and Lifeline Data Centers, LLC reached a settlement agreement with City of Indianapolis concerning the Regional Operations Center at 201 N Shadeland Ave, which will result in the completion of the ROC facility and allow Department of Public Safety personnel to return in the next 60 days.

“We are very happy with the settlement.  It serves the best interest of the tax payer and the police who are working hard to protect our community”, said Alex Carroll, Managing Member of 401-Public Safety, LLC.

The settlement agreement includes payment of past debts and a list of normal punch items that would reasonably be expected at project completion.   The agreement does not revise, amend or alter the terms of the lease agreement.

“There has been a tremendous amount of mis-information and faulty reporting generated over the last year related to this project.  We are very grateful to have these made up problems put to bed, so we can all begin focusing on how we make the future more secure for our community”, said Alex Carroll.
