CPI

CPI Solutions provides their simplified global service from a single source versus having to coordinate multiple acquisitions with their product, ESI. It was essential that this Enterprise Telecommunication and IT Infrastructure Services (EIS) comply with the stringent NIST 800-53 r4 and NIST 800-171 r1 controls.

That is why they chose the defense of Lifeline Federal Hosting Services by Lifeline Data Centers. The implementation and use of these control sets are mandated for US Defense Contractors that maintain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Secret Information and Top Secret Information. A secondary site provides protection from EMP and solar radiation burst to increase digital survivability.

About Communications Products, Inc (CPI)

CPI has also installed and tested over 15.6 million feet of structured cabling.

Over 120,000 business professionals around the world rely on CPI to power their connections, so they can engage, collaborate and take care of their customers.

CPI provides the following solutions:

  • Enterprise Phone Systems - Small and large organizations alike are feeling the pressure in today’s highly digital and disruptive environment. Since 1983, CPI has helped organizations of all shapes and sizes identify their unique communication and collaboration needs.
  • Contact Center - Customer service is experiencing a shift from reactive to predictive. There is an explosion of communication oseannels, from communicating with people to communicating with things (that communicate with people). So how do you successfully manage this shift?
  • CRM - It is challenging for organizations of all sizes to work as one. The sales team is on one end of the building while the customer care team is on the other. How do you connect the dots so each member of your team is on the same page, delivering a consistent customer experience?
  • Collaboration - McKinsey & Company reports that professionals spend 24.5 hours a week writing emails, searching for information and collaborating internally. Sound familiar? What your team needs is a set of real-time collaboration tools that are easy to use, easy to deploy and puts everything in one place to save time…and money.

CPI consults and implements these solutions globally, with expertise in Avaya, Nortel, Genesys, Interactive Intelligence, LivePerson, and they're an Oracle Gold Partner specialized in the Oracle Service Cloud. CPI provide their clients with a roadmap to success, lowering costs, and improving customer experience.

We're proud to add CPI to our list of amazing global clients who identified our federal hosting services as the leader in the industry.
